We perform a highly intense standardized interview which is design to give us all the information we need to perform all Client analysis and assign training for our clients to fulfill the needs of our partners. This interview also allows us to create our clients a vision path and a vision plan.

- <H3> Our training is next to none. Cleveland Tech partners with companies to market quality people specifically qualified for their company. We do this by what we call “Work Training Partnership”. Our goal is to partner with as many companies as possible so that we can develop training specifically for each department in their company. Our partner’s responsibility is to provide us a SOW/SOP/JSA/Work Instruction & up to 1 week of viewing the process. The rest is up to us. Immediately after viewing the process our engineers/trainers will create the training program designed around you SOPs. After we have created the Program we send you the syllabus for approval. Once training is approved. We start to recruit people who have the skill set & vision path that aligns with your company’s department. By matching the department with the vision path the company will receive a candidate that not only is qualified but also wants to be there as well. It is our belief that these methods will help improve your company’s morale over time.

Our Partners can look and search through our database and choose whom they would like to hire temporarily or full time. The Certified Individuals page will show all of their information such as Pics, name, age, residential state, Skill sets, certifications and/or degree/diplomas/other Certificates. Partners will also gain extra features such as a personality analysis and a Comparison analysis, for that employer to get the best fit for your company. We will soon be adding and extra feature called a At Risk analysis. This will show the risk factor of each Certified individual and their background check verification. We will Verify Criminal Background, Schools, & Previous Certifications. This can be a separate feature for our Partners.
